Basic introduction
Capsicum oleoresin is also known as capsicum extract, capsicum oil, capsicum essential oil. It is a mixture of many substances, mainly composed of capsaicin and spicy substances. Taste: It has a strong spicy taste, and has a hot feeling of moxibustion, and can reach the whole mouth to the throat. There are two types of capsicum oleoresin, one is oily capsicum extract and the other is water-based capsicum extract. Capsicum oleoresin is a viscous orange-red liquid with pure taste, stable performance, high spiciness content and can be well dispersed in the oil. Difference between Capsicum oleoresin and natural hot pepper
1. Different ingredients
1. Ingredients of Capsicum oleoresin: In addition to the spicy ingredients of pepper, it also contains more than 100 complex chemical substances such as capsaicin, protein, pectin, polysaccharide, and capsanthin.
2. Ingredients of natural hot pepper: It is composed of more than ten kinds of capsaicin compounds, mainly capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin.

1. Application of Capsicum oleoresin: Spraying it on the leaves, stems, fruits and flowers of plants can effectively repel aphids, spiders, leaf-eating insects and fleas. The typical product HPW is a mixture of capsaicin concentrate and water, in which the active ingredient capsaicin compounds account for 3%. This product can be used for various fruits, vegetables and grains.
2. Application of natural hot pepper: Natural capsaicin products are mainly used for the research and development of drugs.
