Gamma Oryzanol Powder, also known as gamma oryzanol, is a fat-soluble vitamin that mainly exists in rice bran oil and its oil residue.

Gamma oryzanol is an ester compound formed by the combination of ferulic acid and phytosterols. Its main components include ferulic acid ester of rapeseed sterol, ferulic acid ester of cycloarteneol, and 24-methylcycloarteneol ferulic acid ester. Gamma oryzanol is widely distributed in nature, especially in the seeds of cereal plants. It can be extracted from rice bran oil or other plant oils. It appears as a white to off-white crystalline powder, has no odor, and is soluble in various oils when heated, but insoluble in water
